Much to the delight of audiences at Copley Symphony Hall this weekend, the San Diego Symphony under Jahja Ling presented concert organist Chelsea Chen in the Poulenc Concerto for Organ, Timpani and String as well as the Saint-Saëns Third “Organ” Symphony.
